1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and qrbet ("qrbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the qrbet website located at qrbet.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on qrbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using qrbet.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and qrbet relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility

Use of the qrbet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. qrbet strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of qrbet is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order may not use the Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of qrbet or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or game suppliers.

qrbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of qrbet, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one qrbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qrbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: qrbet implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your qrbet account or any rights therein to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qrbet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: qrbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and are subject to change.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to KYC verification status.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• No Cryptocurrency: qrbet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Transactions attempted via cryptocurrency will be rejected.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. qrbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

qrbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
• qrbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. qrbet reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the qrbet Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on qrbet use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under camera surveillance. Game outcomes are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, qrbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. qrbet's decision in such matters is final.
• Winnings resulting from software errors, miscalculations, or system malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid. qrbet reserves the right to correct any such errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qrbet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any qrbet software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or qrbet staff through any communication channel;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the qrbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of qrbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of qrbet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qrbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

qrbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qrbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qrbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

qrbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

• Age Restriction: qrbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not use this Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• Deposit & Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

qrbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Privacy

qrbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. qrbet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

13. Amendments to These Terms

qrbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, qrbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of qrbet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and qrbet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting qrbet's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
